We made a job board stand out from the competition and achieved increased conversion rates.

Objective

Higher conversion rates. If people can find their perfect job, then they won’t go to other job boards.

How?

In the first project, we created a smart search that finds all related jobs. We used a hybrid system that combines Deep Learning with the more classical word ontologies. We fine-tuned the order of the search results so that it returned the perfect mix of relevancy, generalization, and commute time.

Success criteria

Improved KPI’s vs the current search: more relevant results, higher conversion.

Results

Increased relevancy, increased conversion rate.
